e-Solutions needed a telemarketing agency that could generate introductions for a complex product. As a specialized email security company we needed a company with a flexible approach that could develop the message in different ways depending on the potential client's area of interest. Traditionally we had focused on the financial services marketplace and we wanted expand our offering to three other sectors to establish which had the best opportunities. The sophisticated nature of the products means that it is necessary to sell as an integrated solution and usually in a face-to-face environment so we needed to partner with a company who were able to arrange high-level meetings with corporate level decision makers.
We were taking a solution to new markets and Isogon Marketing was an experienced agency that would have already faced the type of problems that might arise during the project. Having met with Dean Faulkner of Isogon Marketing we felt extremely comfortable with the procedures Isogon Marketing have which included several meetings before the team was selected. They provided us with a dedicated account manager and team leader for the project as well as a bespoke CRM system and reporting that meant a high level of transparency. We were able to meet with our team and they truly felt part of e-Solutions rather than a distant supplier.
Within the allocated and relatively short time period Isogon Marketing gained us valuable meetings. We are currently still talking with two of these companies (usual sales cycle 6-12 months) and we hope to have these on board within the coming weeks.
