Job Title: Telemarketer
Reporting to: George Osborn
Location:
You will be based in Isogon Marketing’s call centre facility at Fairoaks Airport, Chobham.
Objective:
The main objective of the role is to call potential customers on behalf of our clients in order to achieve set outcomes as designated on each campaign. You will be asked to contact people of varying job functions and titles and as such adopt your approach and style accordingly. You will be expected to attend various training programmes and on occasion these will fall outside the normal working hours. The main purpose of your role will be to generate new business opportunities for our clients be this in the form of direct sales, appointments, leads, information requests and so forth.
Main tasks;
To maintain and develop database
To achieve campaign objectives and targets
To achieve a high call rate and conversion rate of calls to contacts made
To adhere to company policies and procedures
To liase with our clients in a professional manner
To ensure that updating of the system is professional and any notes on the system are written in a suitable style
Any information gathered on the telephone call must be captured on the system where relevant
To share information between team members
Relationships;
You will in the main be working in a team and as such you are expected to be a team player. We take this to mean, helping others with training or knowledge from time to time, sharing information and so on. You will report to the Operations Manager and or Team Leader and any queries or issues, should in the first instance be raised with these functions. Other members of the organisation may need to liase with you and you are expected to maintain good-working relationships at all times.
